I have been a chef for 15 years and have worked in a few restaurants that have had the wood fired pizza ovens. I wanted a fast and convenient way to cook pizza at home, and thought your oven would be perfect. I have to say that it produced one of the nicest pizza we have ever had. I can 100% recommend this great oven and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Well done for creating a fantastic, cheap and wonderful addition to our outdoor cooking experience.

We raced home and put our Pizzaque to use for lunch. Great base recipe - thank you. It is good to achieve a crispy base without drying out the top. We experimented with different trays and found that we were happier using a smaller tray than the one in the kit, as we seemed to achieve better heat distribution. My husband was delighted that he could now quash the pizza oven-building project.

I love my Pizzaque. Friday night is pizza night. My friends gather to create their own masterpieces. As we live in Broome it is a fabulous way to enjoy entertaining without heating up the house.
